I also used a technique which makes it look as if you've used a polarity filter; it works very well with water and other shiny surfaces.

Just a nitpick though: even though the picture is small, there is quite a bit of noise here. May I suggest the use of the shareware program Neat Image? [link]

I do think because you gave it so much saturation it acquired some visual noise.
